Standing Strong on the Montenegrin Beach
TAF’s heavy-duty FT34 truss was utilized by its customer Chameleon to build an impressive series of structures that supported lights, seven LED screens, and three line arrays at the latest RUBIX 24 Festival in the beautiful coastal town of Tivat, located on the shores of the Bay of Kotor in Montenegro. Chameleon was responsible for the design and construction of the support structures that graced the massive 32 x 11 m stage area.
The three-day RUBIX Festival is a yearly beachfront event that consists of a wide range of music, live acts, workshops, lectures, and art exhibitions, attracting tens of thousands of attendees each year. The founding father of the underground house scene, Herman Cattaneo (popularly known as “El Maestro”), along with French bossa nova project Nouvelle Vague were among the many musical guests on the program. A one woman show by Isabella Rossellini was also part of the standout performances at the popular festival.
Thanks to the impressive work of Chameleon, along with the sturdy and safe support provided by TAF truss, the event was an overwhelming success for RUBIX and has attendees eagerly looking forward to the 2025 edition.
